Among the Elite with First Bourn

Perhaps what I am most looking forward to in 2015 is being apart of First Bourn. It is quite an honor and privilege to be joining an immensely talented an accomplished group of athletes, including Craig Alexander, Rachel Joyce, Tim Don, Trevor and Heather Wurtele, just to name a few. I am excited to have the opportunity to escape the city and train in some amazing locations with other elite triathletes. I cannot wait to make my return to the great state of North Carolina to one of the First Bourn locations outside of Asheville, where I can train with my fellow triathletes and friends. I will also get to reunite with some of my former Duke teammates-Kelly Fillnow, Liz Wort, and Esther Vermeer.

I have had a lot of people asking me about First Bourn, and since I cannot put to word the unique vision and just how amazing the athlete villages look, you should check out their website.
